[Twnsqr] SpoCon reminder

Just a note regarding SpoCon (1 - 3 Aug 2008, Gonzaga University campus)
that might be of interest to SCA folks....

The bad new first....  our Gaming Guest, Steve Long, had to cancel due to a
family medical situation.

The good new is, it is looking like a 95% positive chance that Steve Perrin
will be coming to SpoCon as our Gaming Guest in Steve's stead.

Stever Perrin, for those that don't know, is the creator of the RuneQuest
role playing game (among many others), and is one of the most significant
figures in the history of RPG's as we know them.

But, more relevant to SCA folks...  Steve is one of the original founding
members of the SCA....

I just thought that I'd pass that along, or everyone's consumption.

I'll send off another e-mail once I have him confirmed (just trying to see
if we can make the travel work)...
