Greetings, Good Gentles!
 
Huzzah to the brave and hearty folk who turned out for Fimbulvinter II this  
23rd Day of February in the town of Wallace.  The weather was fair, as was  
the camaraderie.
 
Fighting this day were Sir Caieth, Sir Michael, Sir Guy, Lord Weezil, Lord  
Seamus, Lord Boli and Lord Gernaut.  Sir Michael had the victory in the  Round 
Robin, while Sir Guy emerged victor in the Valhalla Tourney.  In a 2  of 3 
final Sir Guy took the day - Vivat to him!
 
Lady Sorcha was the winner of the Arts and Sciences competition, and was  
also recognized as a Companion of the Golden Osprey.
 
Lady Braithe held a class in beaded tassel making, while Lord  Brian and Lord 
Alane oversaw the indoor archery.
 
Thanks to Lord Angriff for Autocrating, and thanks as well to the many  folk 
for serving in the kitchen, sitting gate, waterbearing, running lists,  and 
generally taking responsiblility for making the event happen.
 
I hope to see all who attended Fimbulvinter as well as many folk from  
Wealdsmere and Grimwithshire next week at the Tournament of the Wolves in Arden,  Wa.
