Thank you Symmone and Kelta for helping clarify the traditions and adding  
your voices to the conversation - I love the discussion, and welcome more of the 
 same, if it please you or any to do so.
 
I must try to clarify the difference however, between my request that the  
current Sergeants show their skill and leadership by entering one or more of the 
 Wealdsmere Champion tourneys being held at Celtic, and the shape and  
requirements of the Trials, to earn the status of Sergeant in the first place,  
which will take place in August.  Since I am working on both at the same  time 
(Celtic is right around the corner, plus the packet is being published  after 
this Council meeting tomorrow because I wanted any aspiring  candidates to have 
maximum amount of time to study), I may have inadvertently  caused some 
confusion.
 
Forgive my brevity; I'm short on time tonight.  I'll see you tomorrow  at 
Council, or at Ship Crew or Honor War.
