[Twnsqr] GrimOffensive III Update

Greetings one and all,

We have received the news we've been waiting for, and we'd like for everyone to come and be a part of Grimwithshire being elevated from incepiency to full Shire status.  This is currently scheduled to occur Saturday, July 14th, during GrimOffensive III.  

So come one, come all, and help us celebrate An Tir gaining a new Shire!
