[Twnsqr] Lincoln County Fair Demo

Greetings!  I have volunteered to organize the Lincoln County Fair  Demo.  
The dates for this Demo are:  Friday and Saturday, August  25 & 26.  We will be 
able to set up Thursday night.  We will have  a lovely shaded grassy area to 
camp.  We are looking for volunteers who  will be willing to attend any part of 
the weekend to put on demos of our  Medieval crafts.  We will be given 
special stage time for a heavy fighting  demo.  Times of the demo will be all day 
Friday and Saturday, ending around  7.  We are then free to enjoy the fairs' 
entertainments.
 
Members who attend will be given a wristband so they don't have to pay at  
the gate.  This means that I need a list of people who are able to attend  prior 
to the event so I can order the bands.  
 
If you are able to attend, even if only for a few hours,  please contact me 
off line as soon as possible.  I would like to  prepare a schedule of events we 
are planning to demo so it may be posted.
