Greetings, 
 Today I went out to the site for Sergeants - it is a good site - very nice drive to it. A bit of construction on the way. There is water on site, but the pressure is not the best so Cornwallis says that if you will be needing a lot of water to bring some with you. His water is on a pressure type system and will shut off periodically until it builds pressure and then works again. The directions are exact and if you se the trip-o-meter then it makes everything easy to find. There will be signs posted.

Turn East on Highway 5 towards St Maries.  Go 12.7 miles, turn right at top of hill onto Benewah Road.  ( its kind of a switchback that you don't see til the last minute.) this is correct - trip the meter right at the turn in Plummer and it will bring you right to the turn. This is a very sharp right hand turn onto a dirt road. Travel 5 miles, turn right.  after another .4 mile, turn right uphill onto Posch Hill Road. This is leading right to his driveway. First house  you come to is his.
